Spacious, clean room with comfy beds made our stay enjoyable. Supportive atmosphere gave us a feeling of home away from home.

i was almost ready to leave a nice review, but then reality hit. the room was missing deeper cleaning, and i could hear my neighbors all night. as a well-traveled guest, i fully expected a room upgrade as compensation for these inconveniences. it’s clear they just don’t care about their guests.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness fell short of expectations. I found leftover dirt and hair in the bathtub, which was quite disappointing. The facilities felt outdated, with the thermostat on the wall falling off, making the stay less comfortable. Additionally, the elevator situation seemed inadequate during peak times, with long waits that added to my frustration.
